Gearing Up

The key to an effective EMS session is our specialized gear.

Technical baselayer

You will first change into a specifically designed cotton baselayer.

E-Fit Connect suit

Next, you'll be fitted into the E-Fit connect vest and straps. Electrode pairs target up to 90% of major muscle groups simultaneously, preparing your body for an efficient full-body session.

Step 3

Guided 15-minute EMS Workout.

Once your suit is calibrated, your trainer guides you through simple movement patterns while the system delivers precise impulses to each muscle group.

Personalized intensity

Each channel is tuned individually so the workout meets your comfort level, training goal, and InBody scan profile.

Deep muscle recruitment
